SUSAN RABICHUK
Susan works as an evaluation and research consultant, curriculum designer, and social scientist. With a clinical social work background, her specialty is mental health and crisis work using social justice, anti-oppressive, and decolonizing lenses. Susan work with communities, private industries, and individuals to help them build capacity and achieve their goals.
She collaboratively engages with clients and partners who want to:
- Create psychologically healthier workplaces, communities, schools, and families;
- Understand, implement or evaluate best practices and tools for mental health and wellness in workplaces, communities, and other contexts;
- Combat the stigma of mental illness and substance use problems;
She offers services in program evaluation and qualitative and quantitative research, curriculum design, mental health consulting and workshops, and clinical social work therapy.
