MEET THE TEAM
In Bill’s 25 years of work with the Winnipeg Police Service, he has gained vast experience in developing and executing functional emergency management training exercises that examine and validate the capabilities of all participants.
Paul worked for over 40 years in municipal law enforcement, federal security and with Manitoba EMO. He is an expert in the development and execution of emergency management exercises, and spent 12 years on the Police Disaster Team.
Randy was a member of the Emergency Public Information Team for 27 years, coordinating all public info for Winnipeg during the “Flood of the Century”. Of his 38 years with the city, he spent 16 as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.
Gord Favelle worked for 36 years with the Province of Manitoba, primarily in Health and the Office of the Fire Commissioner. He is trained in Vehicle Extrication, Hazmat Operations, Search and Rescue, Incident Command, and more.
Diane has over 40 years experience in crises management and media relations. She has worked with all levels of government and the business community preparing and teaching leadership how to effectively manage the message during critical events.
